My portrait drawing .

How are you guys? This post shows some of the portraits I drew. Some of these are the ones I wore a while ago. These are all pencil drawings. I like to draw old-fashioned portraits. So a lot of what is left here is an old image.

Most of the images here are from photos taken on the internet. And the picture I drew while looking at them. The pencils I used for this are B6, B4 pencils.

See you soon in my next blog post and so what do you think of my drawing .. ?? Leave a comment below

My new pencil drawing .

Hi ... How are you all my friends? This is my 14th block post. So today I wanted to tell you about my new pencil drawing. I really like this painting. Because it represents a small child. Personally I love little kids so much. So maybe I like this picture a lot.

I used a 6B pencil for this. The little baby in here is sleeping. I tried to portray the cute, soft, beautiful, cute little boy. It depicts the cloth placed around the child. It is also drawn with a pencil like lava.

So what do you have to say about my drawing .. ??

Human figure study.

Below are some of the human figures I drew. I tried to portray the nature of the human figure. Attempts have been made to bring out the nature of the muscles, the way in which the human body bends, and the three-dimensional features. I used a 6B pencil to draw this picture. I think studies like this will be very important for me as a child to learn art.

This painting is also a study and drawing.

Below represents the complete human image. This is a nude image. The reason I say so is because then the human rhythm can be better represented.

My first Concave print creative drawings

Above is my first design for the printmaking  department. lecturer 'anushka' led the lecture that day. This is an A3 size piece of paper, 8 × 6 inches inside a frame .It gave us several topics to choose from that day. Out of those, I chose the title "Trees Shaking in the Wind". So I added things like trees and small bushes to apply to that topic .This painting depicts the night time.

Ridiyagama safari .

Ridiyagama Sapariya is one of the best places to see animals in Sri Lanka. There is one uniqueness here. In many other places animals are caged and imprisoned and we watch them. But here the animals behave freely. They are not locked up in cages. We have provided safety vehicles to visit them. Always follow the safety rules and instructions imposed by the agency in the same manner.

Elephants, tigers, bears, peacocks, deer, buffaloes and zebras abound here.

Ridiyagama Safari is the only place where animals can enjoy the beauty of the environment rather than being caged.

Birds park in hambantota.

I live in Hambantota. There are many beautiful places to visit in Hambantota. Hot Springs, Flower Garden, Ridiyagama Safari and Bird Garden are some of such places.

Today I'm going to talk about birds graden.I think you may have come to see it too. This is the largest bird park in Asia. There are about three thousand two hundred birds here.

You will also have the opportunity to feed the birds and take photos with them when you visit the bird park. Many species of birds inhabit, such as peacocks, parrots, chickens, ostriches, hawks and love birds. If you come here, you should make sure to enjoy only its beauty without harming the environment.

My first exam in campus life

Today I am going to talk about the first exam I faced in campus life in my blog post. On the 25th I had my first campus exam. About the same day I drew and drew the relevant object drawing. I remember that day I tried to finish the drawing without even having lunch, because I had never faced an exam like this online before. So I thought I would not have enough time.

However, at 12.30 pm that day I finished drawing my pencil drawing. Then I started doing color drawing. By 4pm I was done with all the work. We were able to finish drawing on time.

So I'm very happy about the first exam I faced in campus life. Also, I think the other friends on my campus also passed that exam successfully.

My pencil drawing .

Here are some of my new pencil drawings. I love to draw in pencil. I have used pencils like 6B and 4B for these paintings. My first painting has an image of an elephant. The second picture shows an image of a rhinoceros. Both of these paintings are based on images found on the Internet.

I turned the pencil in different directions and tried to bring out the three-dimensionality of the image. The pencil line is drawn upwards. I think my pencil drawing is pretty much successful .So all my friends be careful until I bring my another design from the next block post.

My figure drawing sketch.

Hello friends .... I'm going to show you an art study I do everyday in my blog post today. I think engaging in those exercises is essential for kids to learn art. It is very important to have learned a sketch like this before drawing a human figure. Then it is easy to draw that human figure. The pictures below are drawn that way. There are different parts of the human figure. Here I paid a lot of attention to the position of the hands and feet and the nature of their behavior. When I'm in my free time I sketch like this.

These are the feet I sketched that way.

Here is a sketch depicting the nature of the hands. .

A little fun ride on Sunday....!!

Today is a Sunday, a holiday for everyone. So, my family members went to see the "Madunagala Hot Springs". People come from many parts of Sri Lanka to see these hot springs. There is an old opinion that bathing in this spring water reduces diseases in the body. But today we would not bathe ...

The surroundings are very beautiful. The grounds are home to an aquarium, a small children's playground, and animals such as rabbits, pigeons, frogs, wild chickens, and birds. And the surroundings are beautifully planted with flowers.

If you have not come to see these hot springs, come and see them soon......😊😊

This was found in a newspaper, 2017 july 16 .This image caught my eye on a page in the newspaper called Rekhawa. First I divided the paper related to the painting I was creating into similar boxes. And then marked to the shell. Then step by step drawing. I tried a lot with a pencil to show the facial expressions and the old look. It took me two days to finish this portrait.

My water colour painting

Above is a watercolor painting I drew. My favorite medium is watercolor. I have a lot of watercolor paintings. But this is one of my favorite paintings. This painting is a landscape. A view of a harbor by the sea. This picture was taken while looking at an image I found on the internet. As for the colors I used for this painting, they are the variants of blue and the colors about black and purple .

This painting was also created using watercolor media. This is a portrait. This painting is a picture of the upper body of a slightly older person.

My pastel painting

My pastel painting ..... I created this painting in the year 2020. Pastel medium has been used for this .This is a human face. The basic prototype needed for this was developed using the Internet. This picture is based on a photo taken through the internet and is painted in pastels. The basic colors are red, yellow, blue, brown, black, and so on. This face belongs to a middle-aged man. I tried to portray the facial expressions and nature of the face using pastel colors as much as possible. So I think I'm pretty much successful.
